Mass of the Lord’s Supper is a commemoration of the Last Supper at which Christ instituted the Eucharist. It is also called Maundy Thursday, from the Latin for the new commandment of love, which is exemplified when Jesus washed the feet of his Disciples.

Preceding the Mass of the Lord’s Supper, St. Charles Church offers the Seder Meal. The Last Supper was a Jewish Passover Meal, a “Seder” commemorating the exodus of the Jewish people from Egypt. Reservations are necessary for limited seating.

This year's Seder Meal is at 5:00 p.m. in the St. Matthew/Mark Room on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

The Mass of the Lord's Supper is at 7:00 p.m. at St. Charles Church on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
