Prayer for Generosity

Lord Jesus, you came to tell us that the meaning of life consists in giving. You told us that those who cling too tightly to what they have-without thought for you or others-end up losing everything You gave us new values by which to measure the worth of a person's life.

Help us to realize it is not temporal successes or riches or fame that give life meaning. Rather it is the service rendered to you and others that brings fulfillment and makes our lives worthwhile.

May all our activity help build God's kingdom: our obedience bring true freedom, our generosity increase love, our suffering bear generous fruit,
our death lead to eternal life.    Amen

Eucharistic Minsters Needed for 6:00 PM Mass

How many of us actually hear God's call and respond to it?  One of the ways to respond is by being a Eucharistic Minister.  This critical ministry distributes the very Body and Blood of Christ to those attending Mass.  If you believe you have heard The Call and want to discern if this is how the Lord desires you to serve Him, Please contact either Donna Baldwin (Chairperson) @ 330-758-7368, Deacon Mike or Janette Koewacich at the Parish Office.

A Single Serving of Service

This is a new concept for the many ministries at St. Charles Borromeo Church.  There are no meetings to attend, nor does it take a large amount of time.

It consists of a One Time commitment of service for a particular ministry that would greatly benefit from your One Time involvement.

These opportunities  are a way of "Doing Thanks" for the many blessings God graces us with everyday
